Mrs. Quynh Anh founded InvestPro in 1998 and has chaired the practice since its inception. She maintains direct oversight of client engagements and sets the firm's operating standards.
Prior to founding InvestPro, she held positions in both government and private legal practice, giving her a rare perspective on how regulatory frameworks are designed and how they are applied in practice. This dual experience informs the firm's approach: we do not merely know what the law says, we understand how it is administered.
Under her leadership, InvestPro has grown from a single Hanoi office to a three-entity practice with nationwide coverage. She has personally advised on matters ranging from foreign direct investment structuring to complex intellectual property enforcement actions.
Each entity operates with autonomy in its domain while remaining accountable to the firm's unified standards. Mrs. Quynh Anh reviews all significant engagements before they commence and all deliverables before they reach the client.
Our legal team comprises attorneys admitted to practice before Vietnamese courts and arbitration panels. The team handles business establishment, contract architecture, dispute resolution, labour compliance, and regulatory navigation. Senior attorneys have more than fifteen years of experience in Vietnamese commercial law.
Our IP team is admitted to the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). The team handles trademark and patent prosecution through NOIP, copyright registration, licensing, and enforcement across administrative, civil, and criminal channels.
Our consulting team provides market entry planning, M&A support, due diligence coordination, corporate finance advice, and operational improvement. Advisors combine international training with deep local knowledge of Vietnam's business environment.
Every engagement is led by a senior advisor with direct experience in the relevant domain. We do not delegate client relationships to junior staff.
