Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Anh, Founder and Chair
InvestPro is a Vietnam-based advisory firm operating across three entities: consulting, legal counsel, and intellectual property. The firm was founded by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Anh, who chairs the practice and maintains direct oversight of client engagements.
The firm was established in Hanoi in 1998, at a time when Vietnam was implementing significant economic reforms and foreign investment was beginning to accelerate. Mrs. Quynh Anh had prior experience in both government and private legal practice, and observed that clients often needed coordinated advice spanning legal, commercial, and regulatory domains — but were receiving fragmented counsel from separate providers who did not communicate with one another.
InvestPro was structured to address this gap. Rather than referring clients to external specialists, the firm built internal capacity across the disciplines that matter most for business operations in Vietnam. Over two decades, this has evolved into three distinct but coordinated entities.
InvestPro Consulting delivers business advisory services: M&A advisory, investment consulting, FDI facilitation, and fundraising support. This entity exists because legal compliance without commercial intelligence is incomplete — and commercial strategy without legal protection is fragile.
InvestPro Law Firm provides legal services grounded in Vietnamese statute. The practice covers counsel, dispute resolution and litigation, corporate and business law, labour, and contracts. Attorneys represent clients before courts and arbitration panels throughout Vietnam.
InvestPro & Associates handles intellectual property matters. The team is admitted to the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). Services include trademark and patent prosecution through NOIP, copyright registration, licensing agreement drafting, and enforcement actions across administrative, civil, and criminal channels.
The firm maintains its headquarters in Hanoi. Advisory work is conducted with full nationwide coverage. This matters because regulatory interpretation, provincial incentive programmes, and local government relationships vary significantly by location. A strategy that works in one region may require material adjustment for another.
Every engagement begins with a structured discovery phase. We seek to understand the client's objectives, constraints, timeline, and risk tolerance before proposing any course of action. This is not a formality — it is the phase that determines whether the subsequent work is directed at the right problem.
Deliverables are reviewed by a managing advisor before they reach the client. Fee structures are agreed upfront and are not contingent on transaction completion. We believe this aligns our incentives with the client's interests: we are paid for thoroughness, not for closing.
We also maintain relationships with clients after the initial engagement concludes. Regulatory requirements evolve, business circumstances change, and questions arise during implementation. Our clients have access to ongoing counsel as these situations develop.
