InvestPro is directed by a partnership of senior advisors with deep experience in Vietnam's commercial, legal, and regulatory environment. Each partner maintains direct responsibility for client engagements within their domain.
Mrs. Quynh Anh founded InvestPro in 1998 and chairs the practice. She holds a law degree from Hanoi Law University and has practised in both government and private sectors. Her advisory work spans foreign investment structuring, regulatory negotiation, and complex commercial disputes.
She represents clients before Vietnamese ministries and provincial authorities, and has advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding USD 2 billion. She is admitted to the Vietnam Bar Federation and is a member of the International Bar Association.
Mr. Tran Van Minh leads InvestPro Consulting. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and has 18 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory across Southeast Asia. Before joining InvestPro, he was a director at a regional investment bank in Singapore.

Ms. Le Thi Hoang leads InvestPro Law Firm. She holds a Master of Laws from Melbourne Law School and is admitted to the Vietnam Bar Federation. Her practice focuses on corporate governance, commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Pham Duc Thinh leads InvestPro & Associates. He is a registered patent and trademark attorney before the NOIP and a member of INTA and APAA. His practice covers prosecution, enforcement, and technology transfer.
