InvestPro is directed by a partnership of senior advisors who combine international training with deep experience in Vietnam's commercial, legal, and regulatory environment. Leadership is not a ceremonial function here — each partner maintains direct responsibility for client engagements within their domain and reviews deliverables before they reach the client.

Founder & Managing Partner

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Anh

Mrs. Quynh Anh founded InvestPro in 1998 and has chaired the practice since its inception. She holds a law degree from Hanoi Law University and began her career in the Ministry of Justice before moving to private practice. This dual exposure — to policymaking and to the practical realities of commercial transactions — shaped her view that Vietnam needed advisory capacity that crossed disciplinary boundaries.

Her early work focused on foreign direct investment structuring, advising European and Korean manufacturers during the first wave of post-Doi Moi industrialisation. She represented clients before provincial people's committees, negotiated land lease agreements, and structured joint ventures at a time when Vietnamese corporate law was still developing. These formative experiences taught her that legal expertise alone was insufficient — clients needed advisors who understood both the letter of the law and the practical realities of doing business in Vietnam.

Over twenty-five years, she has personally led engagements across M&A, dispute resolution, regulatory navigation, and IP strategy. She maintains direct oversight of all major client relationships and reviews significant deliverables before they are issued. Her involvement is not symbolic — clients who engage InvestPro for complex matters can expect to work directly with her at key decision points.

Leadership Philosophy

How we govern

InvestPro's leadership model is designed to preserve both specialised expertise and coordinated client service. Each entity lead has autonomy over hiring, training, and quality standards within their domain. No partner can override another partner's professional judgment — a legal opinion from Ms. Hoang carries the same weight as a commercial recommendation from Mr. Minh.

Coordination happens through three mechanisms. First, a weekly partners' meeting reviews active engagements, identifies cross-domain issues, and allocates resources. Second, a managing advisor is assigned to every significant engagement — this advisor may come from any entity and serves as the client's single point of contact. Third, Mrs. Quynh Anh reviews all major deliverables before they are issued, ensuring consistency with the firm's standards.

This structure is deliberately flat. There are no junior partners, no siloed practice groups, and no origination credits that incentivise partners to hoard client relationships. Advisors are compensated based on client outcomes and peer review, not on revenue generation alone. The result is that partners collaborate naturally — when a consulting engagement reveals a legal risk, the legal partner is brought in immediately, not after the consulting contract expires.
