Vietnam is not a secondary market for us — it is our only market. You will develop expertise that is rare and valuable: deep knowledge of a fast-growing economy at the intersection of commercial strategy, law, and intellectual property.
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or investment banking. Experience in Southeast Asia preferred. You will lead buy-side and sell-side transaction support, from due diligence through closing. MBA or equivalent required.
2-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law. Admission to the Vietnam Bar Federation required. Experience with foreign-invested enterprises, M&A documentation, and regulatory filings. English fluency essential.
Registered patent attorney before NOIP with experience in pharmaceutical or biotech patent prosecution. Background in chemistry, biology, or related field. Experience with PCT national phase entry and patent opposition proceedings.
3+ years advising foreign investors on market entry, licensing, and regulatory compliance in Vietnam. Experience working with MPI, provincial investment promotion agencies, or industrial zone developers. Mandarin or Korean language skills a plus.
