Qualification and skills required:

University degree (preferably advanced degree) in laws;

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;

Excellent English proficiency in both written and spoken;

Good knowledge of computers and applications.

Brief Job Description
-
To work under supervision of the Manager of Legal Consulting Division;
-
To draft and review proposals that will be submitted to clients, organizations and competent authorities regarding trading and investment activities;
-
To advice and assist the Manager and clients in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, proposals and other documents;
-
To advice on matters concerning the foreign investment activities in Vietnam, international trade transactions and on establishing of businesses, acquisitions, re-structuring, merger, customs, taxation, import/export transactions, leases, labor, distributorship, agencies and other fields;
-
To assist clients in setting up new legal entities, branches, and resident representative offices in Vietnam;
-
To act as the legal representative of the clients before the court, arbitration and other competent authorities.

To coordinate with other executives of legal Consulting Division and of Projects Division as well as other divisions to fulfill the projects and tasks assigned to Legal.
