POSITION TITLE: Administration & Human Resources Manager
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
Position Code: Ip/HCNS/01
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Organize and manage the operations of the Administration & Human Resources Division to ensure that the Administration & Human Resources Division functions guide, support and align the COMPANY’s Culture with the COMPANY’s vision. This includes responsibility for the functions of Recruitment, Induction, Training, Development and Separation of Associates, as per the HR cycle. It also involves Company Internal Community Relations, Public Relations, Policy Administration, Industrial Relations, Salary and Benefit programs, Insurances, Employment Contracts and Records and Organizational development, etc.
The Admin & HR Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

*** Required Skills, Qualification and Experience:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Law
- At least 05 years experience in relevant fields & 03 years experience in the
same position
- Have experience in a foreign company is an advantage, preferred with a foreign
law or consulting firm.
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, attentive and supporting.
- Start-up spirit. Creative thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Dynamic, strong team spirit, customer-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English
